Proper leadership is essential to an organization’s PEP. It is within the performance systems, communication efficiencies, and employee productivity that often defines the success and growth potential of a company.
To address this fact, we have developed a line of training to support middle management. We call this training The People Side of Productivity.
To address the need for industry specific solutions, Roman 3 has collaborated with industry experts to design targeted version of this program to create the most relevant and meaningful experience for our learners.

This is a service/tourism sector version of the program, designed and delivered in partnership with a tourism consultant.
The People Side of Productivity: Growth through PEP
This is a general version of the program, designed to be offered to a cohort of businesses from different sectors.
